1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Boldly AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Boldly AI provides AI-powered video production services, educational courses, and digital products. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are in Euros (EUR). A 50% deposit is required for custom projects, with the balance due upon delivery. Digital products are non-refundable after delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to custom deliverables transfer to the client. Boldly AI retains the right to use completed work in portfolios unless an NDA is in place.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Standard packages include 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed separately. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before project completion.
6. AI Content Disclosure
All content created by Boldly AI is generated using artificial intelligence tools. Clients are responsible for disclosing AI usage where required by law or platform terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Boldly AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
